I hope everyone had
a safe and enjoyable 4th of July this year and as expected July 2010 has already proved to be one of our busiest. Like July
in years past, this one has been extra busy because Solar Maid has recently been certified to work with some major multi-nationals
and they have been keeping us running fast. Next
week, the Intersolar tradeshow will take place in San Francisco and although we are not showing this year, we have been asked
by several major solar companies to attend for meetings where I will have the opportunity to share the tremendous benefits
of Solar Maid. I will also have the opportunity to visit with several of
our CA operators.

There have been some huge solar developments since our last newsletter,
most notable is the recent news that the DOE has indentified and committed 2 billion in immediate funding for the construction
and operation of two new solar manufacturing plants in the US. This news is important because it will increase worldwide manufacturing competition and ultimately
bring down the cost of solar systems getting us that much closer to parity with fossil fuels. I also have to mention the crisis in the Gulf. As an industry,
we need to get proactive and start pushing hard on our public officials to institute changes while the getting is good. No
other time in our history and possibly our future will we have more ammunition in the argument for clean energy, so it really
